Everything is defined precisely enough for AI tools to read and apply, across multi-brand systems too.

In client projects, she focuses on strategy, concept, UX/UI and prototypes. Her share of the technical build depends on scope; development can also be handed over to a dev team. She builds her own app, Monotime, herself.

### What is Monotime?
Monotime is Ina’s own time-tracking app (coming soon). She handles product concept, UX/UI design and the technical development herself. This hands-on experience feeds directly into her concepts, prototypes and her collaboration with developers.

Throughout the process: for design systems in Figma, working prototypes, custom plugins and tools, websites and apps, image and video generation for interactive key visuals, and process automation. Well-structured design systems give AI direction, so she documents components, image style, tone and UX language accordingly. AI speeds up the work; design decisions and quality control stay with her.

### Why “What you see is what you get”?
The phrase comes from 1980s desktop publishing: software that let you work directly on the finished layout instead of code. Around the turn of the millennium, the idea made its way to the web. Ina knows both sides: she wrote her first HTML by hand in 2003. Today the principle is taking on new meaning. In a time of AI-generated mock-ups and polished pitches, clients need to trust that the design they approve is the product they get. Design systems and design-to-code close exactly that gap.
